The New Year is already knocking on our doors. All housewives are preparing for this magical holiday: decorating their houses, creating menus and preparing various delicacies. As a rule, not a single New Year's table is complete without sweets. A beautiful and tasty dessert will be very appropriate on such a beautiful holiday. Today we will tell you the secrets of how to quickly prepare a very New Year's dessert - banana-orange tart. This tart is quite simple to prepare, but in order to cook it perfectly, you need to know some secrets. This dessert consists of three parts: shortbread, banana-orange filling and meringue. Set of products for tart: flour, butter, eggs, sugar, baking powder, orange zest, orange, bananas, jam (any to your taste), chocolate.

You should start by preparing the dough, because this is the stage that takes the most time. Here you can use any technique for preparing shortcrust pastry, but if you want the dough to be tender and truly sandy, follow our recommended pattern. Grind the margarine with sugar until crumbs appear, then grate the orange zest. A little advice: use a coarse grater for the zest, then the orange aroma will be revealed even brighter. Add the remaining ingredients and knead the dough. Be very careful with flour, because if you add too much, the crust will turn out forgotten and hard. Divide the dough into two parts (1:2), freeze the smaller part. To freeze the dough faster, divide the dough into small balls.

The baking pan should be covered with parchment and lightly greased with margarine. Lay out the dough, form small sides so that the filling does not leak out during cooking.
