Spinach filling is very easy to make. But first, choose good spinach. Make sure the leaves are firm and deep green. If the spinach leaves are soft and have dark spots on them, it means they have already wilted and are not fresh. Before cooking spinach, rinse it thoroughly under cold running water and tear off the stems. Then chop them very finely.
