First, we must choose the right meat. First of all, it should be fresh, which means that it should be light pink in color and have a pleasant aroma. Today we will use young veal as it is dietary and healthy even for small children. It is best to take the tenderloin because it is very soft, juicy and easy to cook. First, we wash the meat and clean it from excess films and fat. Cut it into not very small pieces. Just like a small piece of meat stew and will not be juicy.Prepared meat put in a bowl, give a littlesalt, ground black pepper and a little vegetable oil, as oil helps the aroma of spices to better reveal itself and marinate the meatand gives it even more juiciness. Cover with cling film and leave aside for 20-25 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables. We wash and peel potatoes, carrots, onions, bell peppers (it is best to take red and green peppers, as they will add color to the dish), and also wash and blanch the tomatoes in order to easily remove the peel. Let's start cutting vegetables. Cut the potatoes into small pieces, carrots into small cubes, chop the onion very finely, cut the bell pepper into fairly large slices, this will give the dish a sophisticated look. After all, food is also art, everything should be beautiful. The tomatoes must be very ripe; we peel them and grate them on a fine grater (can be replaced with tomato sauce). At the end we will need boiled water, we will prepare it in advance.

Place a frying pan on the stove and heat it thoroughly. Place the pickled meat tightly onto the hot surface. Brown it for 2-3 minutes on each side over high heat. This way the meat will be covered with a beautiful crust, and in the middle it will remain juicy and pink. Then pour the onion on it, saute it for 5 minutes. After this, add carrots and bell peppers, fry them for a short time. Over all this, pour the potatoes, pour the tomatoes and simmer for 5-10 minutes. After that, put all the ingredients into a saucepan, add a little butter and fill with hot boiled water, but not completely, but up to half. We simmer all this, but do not cover with a lid, since the potatoes will boil under the lid.To test for doneness, test with a fork; if the fork easily enters the potatoes, then now is the time to add salt, pepper, and herbs to taste. Now cover with a lid and turn off the heat. Our roast needs to sit. And then the dish is ready.
