This mixture is very easy to prepare, can be stored for a long time, and the list of products is accessible. And so for this vitamin bomb we need: lemons, ginger root, honey, turmeric. There are only four products, but by mixing them we get a powerful mixture that can protect your immunity from external irritants.
It is very important to choose the right lemons. It would seem that there is nothing difficult to buy lemons, the main thing is that they are ripe and undamaged. But no, now the so-called hybrid lemons have appeared on the market and supermarket; they are also yellow in color and essentially look like ordinary lemons, but if you look closely you can find the differences. A real lemon is not an ideal shape, the peel is harder and has different irregularities, and if you rub the peel, you can immediately smell the aroma of lemon. Hybrid lemons are ideally shaped with thin skin and slightly different in color. We advise you to use real lemons as they are more aromatic and have a natural taste.
