As a rule, we start preparing the pie with the dough, because we have to let it sit for a while. For the dough we will need: margarine or butter, eggs, baking powder, flour, sour cream, salt. Take cold margarine or butter, because we will need to grate it. Why on a grater? Because, firstly, it is convenient, and secondly, there will be no lumps of butter in the dough, since the grated butter will mix well with the flour. Sift the flour through a sieve and add baking powder to it. Mix flour with baking powder with grated butter, you should get crumbs from this mixture. You can beat the sour cream with a mixer, it is important to add a little salt to it, so the taste will be emphasized.Beat the egg until foamy, you can add some spices to it, but not too much, because the dough should be salty and quite neutral, because the main taste will come from the filling of our pie, and the dough will be like a tasty base. Add the egg to the mixture of flour and butter and start kneading the dough, make sure that it does not turn out too liquid, if you see that the dough is liquid, add a little more flour. As we said today, we will share with you the two most popular filling options: spinach with cottage cheese, chicken with tomatoes, salmon with onions and cheese. The first filling is the easiest to prepare: chop the washed spinach with a knife and mix with cottage cheese, salt everything, add a lot of different greens to the filling, it’s very tasty, depending on your taste. The secret to keeping the filling together is to always add an egg to any filling, just a regular raw egg. Second filling: cut the boiled chicken into cubes, peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces, mix everything, add salt and pepper. Don’t forget to add an egg, and it will also be very tasty if you rub a little hard cheese into the filling.Third filling: cut the onion into cubes and fry until soft in a frying pan with butter, cut the salmon into large cubes, grate the hard cheese, add salt, pepper and mix..
