Cooking
Clean the pistachios from the shell, Basil wash and remove the stem, peel the garlic, half of lemon squeeze the juice.
Put all our ingredients in a blender and pour olive oil.
Punched everything until smooth. The sauce is ready. Well suited to vegetable salads and meat and fish. you can see in the video.
