Sour cream

Vegetable oil
2 tbsp

Yolk egg
Cooking
Onions finely cut ,fry until Golden brown in vegetable oil and add flour
Mustard + sour cream +fried onions mix
Roll out the dough to a thickness of not more than 5 mm .Spread on dough ham
Cut into 8 triangles
Each triangle lubricated our cream put a little grated cheese on the wide edge which will wrap
Wrap
Spread on a baking sheet and brush with egg yolk .Sent in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes
