Cocktail leavened with Apple and mash
Very tasty and unusual! Gentle mint flavor, Apple and brandy notes, rich flavor of the brew!

  • Apple

  • Mint

  • The kvass wort

    2 ст. л.

  • Cognac

    4 ч. л.

  • Water

    0,5 л

Pour the Apple slices with boiling water and add the mint. Bring to boil, simmer over heat for 5 minutes and turn off the heat. Let stand 10 minutes. Drain.

Into the glasses add the wort. Based on 0.5 tbsp to a Cup (serving).

Pour in the cognac. At the rate of 1 tsp. cognac per serving.

Pour cooled Apple-mint compote to half the glass, and stir everything well. Add the brew to the top.
