Found this salad on the web, thanks to Olga and her grandma for this delicious recipe! The salad was delicious as canned, and after a couple hours of marinating.

Carrots

Garlic

Parsley
1 bunch

Vegetable oil
1 glass

Vinegar
0.75 glass

Cooking
Cabbage finely chop
Pepper cut into strips
Onions cut into cubes
Carrots grate on a fine grater, chop the parsley, mix everything and squeeze the garlic. Mix all.
