Kneaded the dough 25 g fresh yeast, 1 Cup warm water, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt, 1 egg, and about 400g of flour. Onions cleaned, cut into very small pieces. In the batter all the spices and onions, all thoroughly kneaded into a homogeneous mass. Roll the dough, cut stripes.
Twisted in the thickness of a finger. Put on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
My onion sticks turned out salty and spicy, the soup just!
