Description

Cooking
Cashews, cover with water and leave overnight or for at least 2 hours. For the base: lightly crush walnuts with salt in a food processor.
Add dates and blend for 15-20 seconds. Then add 1 tbsp of honey and blend again.
From the resulting mass lay out the base with bumpers (in the form of a 22 cm diameter).
Drain the water from cashews. The vanilla pod in half lengthwise laminate and vystrelit seeds. We will need only the seeds. Slightly chop the nuts in a food processor, then add orange juice 4 1/2 tbsp of honey and vanilla seeds. Beat 5 minutes until a smooth homogeneous state.
Set aside 2 tbsp of coconut and add the rest to the peanut mass and mix. Put in a base-leveled.
Bananas cut into slices diagonally and place on pie. So they are not darkened, you can sprinkle them with lemon juice. On top sprinkle with coconut and serve.
