Bacon cut into cubes and fry in olive oil for 3 minutes. Then add the chopped onions and fry for 5 minutes. Add the beans, ketchup, sour cream, wine, bouillon cube, Bay leaf, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Taste, season with salt and pepper, if necessary add sugar, add paprika, caraway, marjoram, put the chopped sausage and simmer for another 10 minutes.
