Salade paradis. Another interesting vegetable salad, dressed with a tasty sauce. Happy to offer a recipe.

0.5 glass

Vinegar

0.5 bunch

Chicken egg

0.333 tsp

0.333 tsp

Salad grind, but not finely.
Tomatoes cut into cubes. Add them to the salad and beans.
Prepare the sauce: cream heated in a water bath and mix with vinegar, mustard, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Give everything a good stir. Put into the fridge for 5 minutes.
The salad sprinkle the top of boiled egg yolk and chopped parsley. Pour sauce liberally. The salad is ready.
