Had long been preparing this salad, a favorite of my husband. Very satisfying!
Ingredients

Chicken egg
4 pc

Starch
4 tbsp

Sausage
250 g

Onion
1 pc

Garlic
-
Vegetable oil

Mayonnaise
-
Sour cream
-
Black pepper
-
Salt
Cooking
Mix egg, starch and a little salt.
Whisk so that no lumps.
From this mixture, fry thin pancakes.
Chop the onion and fry in butter. Cut into strips sausage and pancakes. All mix and salad ready!
