Deviled eggs
This snack I made today for my husband, and unexpectedly had come his friend. The boys had to gossip :-X and... to eat, for cooking what I started. Products in the house it was exactly a modest dinner for two *PARDON*, I had to improvise (thanks to the people who have advised to keep in reserve in the freezer of frozen foods, in my case, mushrooms - mushrooms) to post the recipe looked previously suggested options like this as I have, if something missed (but unlikely) that I apologize.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    10 pc

  • Chicken breast

    0.5 pc

  • Mushrooms

    0.5 pkg

  • Green onions

    1 pc

  • Mayonnaise

    0.333 pkg

  • Lettuce

    4 pc

  • Cucumber

    2 pc

Cooking

While cooked eggs fry the mushrooms, then put them out to cool

While the mushrooms are cooled, chop as fine as possible boiled chicken breast and...

Pour them in a bowl, then cut the fried mushrooms (as well as the chicken smaller, but not too much), and pour into the same bowl

Add the mayonnaise, salt if needed and mix everything

On the plate put lettuce and sliced cucumber, eggs peel, cut in half (lengthwise), take out the yolk and a tea spoon put in its place we have the resulting stuffing. Bon appetit!!!
