Why Is "Honduras".... ??? It's all in the batter. Armed with a big spoon we eat To the contest "Fast from Moulinex".

Beets

Flour
0.5 glass

Lemon juice
1 tsp

Turmeric
0.5 tsp

Coriander
0.25 tsp

Cumin
0.25 tsp

Carnation

Peppers red hot chilli
0.25 tsp

Cinnamon
0.25 tsp

Olive oil
2 tbsp

Water
7 tbsp

Salt
0.5 tsp
Cooking
Make the batter – mix all ingredients for batter. Finally add the water and stir until a thick cream without lumps.
Boil vegetables. Coarsely cut vegetables.
Dip vegetables in batter and fry in plenty of oil over high heat.
Served with fresh greens AND a LARGE SPOON!!! BON APPETIT.
