Timbal vegetables in sauce
Timbal - dish of southern France. Cooked in a cocotte, with different products. I offer a dish with vegetables. Products in this dish are laid out in a specific, bottom-up, filled with a creamy sauce. You can serve this appetizer as a warm or cold. Light and fragrant, tasty dish. Suitable for any table -holiday weekdays, picnic at any time of the day.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

  • Chicken egg

  • Cream

    40 ml

  • Sauce

    1 tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Basil

    1 tbsp

  • Salt

  • Butter

    1 tsp

Need to prepare for the recipe ingredients. Ingredients for 2 servings, I cooked 4.

Zucchini and tomatoes wash, wipe and cut into thin rings. From tomatoes to take out the middle part.
