Timbal - dish of southern France. Cooked in a cocotte, with different products. I offer a dish with vegetables. Products in this dish are laid out in a specific, bottom-up, filled with a creamy sauce. You can serve this appetizer as a warm or cold. Light and fragrant, tasty dish. Need to prepare for the recipe ingredients. Ingredients for 2 servings, I cooked 4.
Zucchini and tomatoes wash, wipe and cut into thin rings. From tomatoes to take out the middle part.

Put in hot oven 170°C bake for 25-30 minutes. To make sure you don't burn the top, in the end, cover with foil. But I didn't need it. Make sure not to overdo. Ready remove from water, leave on the table to cool down to room temperature. They are a little on cooling solidifies and well out of shape.
