Ginger-potato tartlets with stewed cabbage
I offer you a starter, served warm with mayonnaise. Soft and delicate tartlets mashed potato aromatic cabbage.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    4 pc

  • Mayonnaise

    3 tbsp

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Cabbage

    1 glass

  • Carrots

    1 pc

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Sour cream

    1 tbsp

  • Tomato

    1 pc

  • Water

    0.5 glass

  • Basil

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Butter

    1 tbsp

  • Greens

Cooking

Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water until tender. Then mash the potatoes and add the ginger. Stir. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the baking powder and sour cream. Mix well.

From potato dough form a ball. Put it on a greased vegetable oil a baking sheet and using the glass make the hollow inside the ball.

The resulting tarts grease with butter and put it into the preheated oven. On a slow fire bake 20-30 minutes until Golden edges.

Combine shredded cabbage with grated on a coarse grater carrots, put into the pan. Fill with water and we extinguish under a cover on slow fire. After 10-15 minutes add tomato pulp (I rubbed on a coarse grater), salt to taste, and Basil. Stir and simmer until the vegetables are soft.

Get ready tartlets from the oven and allow to cool a little. Then fill them with sprouts on top and decorate with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with chopped herbs.
