Salad with cod liver and mango
Bright salad with an interesting taste combination of vegetables with mango, liver, cod and pickled gherkins-gherkins... Delicate and rich taste of the salad will impress your guests and serve in a cheese platter portion - enhance vivid impression and an appetite!

Ingredients

  • Mango

    0.5 pc

  • Radishes

    3 pc

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 pc

  • Celery leaf

  • Onion

    1 pc

  • Cherry tomatoes

    5 pc

  • Pickled cucumber

    3 pc

  • Quail egg

    2 pc

  • Cod liver oil

    60 g

  • Cheese

    6 tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 tbsp

Cooking

For cheese plates: spread grated cheese on the plate and melt in the microwave;

Slightly cool, remove from dish and put on any glass, forming the desired sides (according to my design I deliberately made one-sided plate); to thicken, remove from the Cup;

Mango, a stalk of celery cut into cubes radishes and onion slices;

Put in bowl, add cut in half cherry tomatoes and strips - cucumbers;

Pour salad 1 tbsp oil from the liver and soy sauce; Shake up the salad;

Put the salad in cheese plates adding the grated cod liver oil; garnish with the celery leaves and half egg;

Serve immediately!
