Vegetable oil
Cooking
Boil potatoes in their skins, peel, mash with a potato masher.
Boil the rice, add to the potatoes.
Cut onion finely. Pacific saury, pre-drain her oil!!! Mix it all together. Add the egg, salt, spices.
To form cutlets and fry in vegetable oil.
