Description
Oatmeal Brulee with Ginger Cream. This dish is essentially the same as oatmeal, but is presented as a hot dessert. Berries, crisp caramel crust and a cream sauce give this dish a piquancy and make it just perfect for Breakfast.

Cooking
First make the ginger cream. Prepare the spices: peel of half an orange, half a pod of cinnamon and vanilla, 2 plates of ginger.
Add them to the cream, put it on the fire. Bring to a boil and boil on low heat for 5-7 minutes.
Cream, strain, add the honey and stir.
Now cook the porridge. Water bring to the boil. Add oat flakes.

Season with salt, add the cherries and cook for about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, add sugar and half of the ginger cream. Stir and leave for 5 minutes.
On the bottom kremenek spread thawed (or fresh) berries.
Sprinkle the top with sugar. And put under the grill at a distance of 10-15 cm from the heating element until the sugar caramelized, 7 minutes. You can also burn the sugar with a blow torch for creme brulee.
