Description
Tender and juicy cake with jam. The site already had something similar, but my "Negro" is still different.
Ingredients

Sour cream

Soda slaked vinegar
1 tbsp

Jam
1 glass
Cooking
1 Cup sugar, 3 eggs and 1 Cup sour cream beat well.
Add 1 Cup jam to beat. I used currant.
To fill 2 cups of flour, a pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon of baking soda, slaked vinegar. Beat. Bake from this dough two layers. I spent about 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Cooled cakes soak any syrup and the cream in three cups of sour cream and 1 Cup sugar.
Cakes to connect. The whole cake, I liberally smeared with the cheese mass. Leave for 3-4 hours in a cool place.
