I don't know why this salad is called so, may be the presence of pineapple gave it such a name. But very tasty salad.

Prepared products
Chicken fillet boil, tangerines trimmed from the films, and parsley finely chop. Mayonnaise, sour cream and 1 tablespoon pineapple juice stir.
Chicken fillet finely chop, is the first layer.
Pour it with sauce of sour cream, mayonnaise and pineapple juice.
Rice mix with chopped parsley-this is the second layer.
Pineapple mix with the remaining sauce, a third layer. Decorate the salad cleansed from films slices of tangerines.
Serve the dish.
Served to the table.
