The liver cut into strips
Cut onion into
The liver fry 2 min.
Add the onions, fry for 9-10 min.
Salt, pepper
Pour the broth and cream and allow to boil
Add the sauce thickener Soßenbinder for a bunch
Add the tarragon, optional wine. Boil 1-2 min.
