Description

Chocolate peanut dip
Delicious, soft peanut sauce. Great for pancakes and muffins, and to the fruit. Minimum effort - maximum pleasure!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    1.5 glass

  • Peanuts

    0.66 glass

  • Sunflower oil

    1 tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tbsp

  • Honey

    0.25 glass

  • Cocoa powder

    2 tbsp

Cooking

Peanuts fry in the oven or on a dry pan. Allow to cool and peel.

In a blender add the nuts, sugar and butter. Grind at high speed until smooth. It took me 5 minutes.

Add yogurt, honey and cocoa powder.

Again to break a blender and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
