My humble gift I want to give the main guardian of this beautiful cooking hearth Zhenya (Jane) and all her wonderful team to thank for their tremendous work. Congratulations on the Birthday site and a Happy New Year to all chefs and wish all the best to all!!! Cupcakes symbolize the strong friendship of the cook.
Ingredients

Instant coffee
2 tbsp

Leavening agent
3 tsp

Whiskey
3 tbsp

Brown sugar
5 tbsp

Sesame paste
3 tbsp

Potato starch
1 tbsp

Chicken egg
5 pc

Flour
6 tbsp
Cooking
In a container put 2 tbsp of instant coffee.
Add 3 tsp of baking powder. Mix well.
Add 3 tbsp. of whiskey. Mix well.
Add 5 tbsp of cane sugar "Demerara" from the Mistral. Mix well.
Add 1 tbsp of potato starch. Mix well.
Add 3 tbsp. of sesame paste.
Add 5 pieces of eggs. Mix everything carefully.
Add 6 tbsp of wheat flour with a small hill.
Stir again thoroughly and start baking.
Fill half the molds, pre-lubricated with fats, ready test. Bake in preheated oven until tender.
