Potatoes in sour cream
A surprisingly simple recipe, which can be used as a garnish, and also as a separate dish

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    8 pc

  • Carrots

    2 pc

  • Onion

    2 pc

  • Sour cream

    1 can

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Spices

To prepare (clear) ingredients

Arbitrarily (not large) slice the potatoes. Cover with water and put on fire

Chop the onion and carrot, add to the potatoes after the water boils

Cook until tender. Then drain almost all the water (leave 25% water). *In the photo the water is not drained

Add spices, salt/pepper and sour cream. Simmer under the lid closed for another 5 minutes. Serve hot!

If the potatoes are softening with a fork, and the sauce is absorbed and it turns out very tasty!
