Cooking
Cauliflower rinse and disassemble into small florets, cover with water, bring to boil, add water and salt and cook for 5 min. Drain the cabbage in a colander and drain off the water.
Cook the carrots and grate on a grater, cut into slices and black olives. Chop the dill.
In skillet, heat vegetable oil, fry a little onion, add cauliflower and fry together. Add carrots, olives, pepper, sprinkle with dill and Italian herbs.
Beat eggs with a whisk, add milk and salt. Pour the egg-milk mixture to the vegetables and cover with lid until eggs are well set.
