Kanelbullar. Baking with cinnamon... I guess everyone has their own opinion about it: warm memories from childhood or just life experience. I just want to remind you about this wonderful recipe flavored muffin. Add to your tea of bright colors and flavors! I was very interested to discover that the recipe has Swedish roots. Cooking
Dissolve yeast in 3 tablespoons warm milk (no hotter than 40 degrees). Leave on for 10-15 minutes, until caps. Pour the remaining warm milk, melted butter (not too hot, give it a minute) and sugar. Half of the eggs to be shaken half to save for lubrication. Add the egg and sift the flour, add the salt and spices. Knead the dough thoroughly ( I do it with my hands for about 10 minutes). Leave for 40 minutes.
Sprinkle work surface with flour. Roll the dough into a rectangular layer thickness of about half a centimeter. Melt the butter with the sugar, add the cinnamon. Lubricate with a mixture of dough and roll into a loaf.
Cut into pieces with a thickness of about 4 inches and leave for another proofing for an hour:) Grease with egg and bake in a preheated 230 degree oven for about 10 minutes
