I love cakes with jam, and then decided to bake for tea. The dough was very fluffy and airy. Will recommend to all sweet tooth!

In warm milk dissolve the yeast and stir until yeast is completely dissolved. Take a bowl, sieve the flour and add to sugar, salt, milk with yeast and pour in the melted butter. Knead the dough and put in a warm place until the dough will not rise.
