Buns for Christmas - tasty dessert with an incredible flavor to tea or coffee, which will serve as a great addition to the Christmas feast. Prepared simply and most importantly quickly. After all, the holidays are a time the mistress of its weight in gold.

Ingredients

  • Flour

Mix egg, sugar, water, flour, butter (softened at room temperature), yeast, salt and knead stiff dough, not sticky to hands. Put the dough for 40 minutes in a warm place it will rise further.

While the dough is rising, prepare the filling. Oil mix with sugar, cinnamon.

Add the raisins, previously well washed.

Mix the raisins with butter filling.

Coming up the dough, roll out a layer about 0.5-1 cm On the middle of the dough evenly spread stuffing.

Roll the dough with filling into a tight roll.

Cut the roll slices thickness of 3 cm and form buns. Coat the baking pan with baking paper and place on it the future of the buns, leaving between them sufficient space for lifting. Bake in the oven at t 180 degrees for 40 minutes or until Golden brown.
