Cooking
1. Put in a bowl the yeast and 1 tbsp sugar and pour warm milk. Leave for a while to let the yeast bloom.

3. Knead the dough and leave to rise (I cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 40 minutes)
4. When the dough has risen, turn the oven down to 180 degrees. On a baking sheet put parchment paper from the dough makes the balls. Send our future buns in the oven for 1 hour.
5. Take out the buns and leave them to cool.
6. When the buns have cooled, begin making the frosting. I do it so: in a saucepan, add 100 g sugar and 50 ml water and put on the stove on a small fire. Bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat. In the hot syrup add the chocolate and give him self to dissolve.
7. When the chocolate has dissolved, put the glaze on the stove over low heat, stirring constantly. The glaze should thicken. In any case do not let the glaze boil, otherwise the chocolate will become bitter! Ready glaze remove from heat and give her a few minutes to stand up. Then she spread our buns. That's all.
