Potato pancakes with vermicelli and green onions
A great side dish for meat or fish. And also good with sour cream as a separate dish.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    4 pc

  • Vermicelli

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 pc

  • Green onions

  • Salt

The noodles boil until tender (2-4 minutes). To drain the water.

Potatoes cut in half and boil in salted water for 4-5 minutes. Cool slightly and grate on a coarse grater.

Cut onion finely.

Mix the vermicelli, potatoes, onion. Add the egg, salt and pepper - to taste. Mix thoroughly.

To form small pancakes and fry on low heat for 3-4 minutes on each side (until Golden brown).
