Potatoes with rosemary
Hello everyone, this is my first recipe on the Cook, hope you enjoy it! Similar recipes already on the site, maybe my useful to someone, now just a season of fresh potatoes. The potato is very delicious, it can be eaten as a side dish to meat and fish and with cheese sauce or sour cream! Try it and you!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Garlic

    5 clove

  • Rosemary

    1 bunch

  • The mixture of peppers

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    2 tbsp

  • Marjoram

    1 tbsp

Potatoes need to take definitely young and quite small as a pigeon's egg or a little more! Potatoes are washed, cleaned of germs, if any. Now it should be boiled in salted water 15 minutes, check the softness with a fork, do not forget that it is we will have another bake in the oven!

The potato is cooked, you can drain the water and put again on the fire, just a couple of minutes all of the liquid has evaporated. Add garlic through a press or finely shredded - it's everyone decides, salt, pepper, rosemary (I used fresh) and sunflower oil, I added more marjoram!

Mix everything in the same pot and put on a baking sheet or in a flat with a cushion shape. Put in the oven for 20 minutes, but do not overdo it, the potatoes should not be dry!

Here is our potatoes ready! Very tasty! My advice is to put a little more pepper and salt, but not to overdo! Bon appetit to you!
