Description
Potatoes, ground beef, mushrooms, veggie gravy... What could be easier? The most basic products that are each peasant family. However, if you put them in layers and bake in pots, get a gourmet meal. Tender, juicy, and very beautiful.

Cooking
1. Ingredients. In the photo are not present garlic, milk and dried dill (they were born in the cooking process), although neither of these products is optional.
Potatoes clean and boil in salted water. While the potato is cooking, fry on a nearby burner the mushrooms in a small amount of vegetable oil.
Potatoes and mushrooms on the plate... cut meanwhile bow chetverti-rings and grate on a coarse grater carrots (I had carrots already grated - frozen).
So mushrooms are ready. Now we do a roast, carrots and onions in small amount of oil.
While carrot and onion fried on the stove, make the stuffing. Minced salt and pepper, if desired, add other spices (I added dried dill and seasoning for meat, which is called "Caucasian", but this is not significant). Finely chop the garlic and add to the stuffing. Add water to make a relatively watery minced (I left 2/3 Cup water). All mix well.
By this time I cooked potatoes. The water is drained (if not milk, then a little left on the bottom of a potato decoction). In hot potatoes, add the butter and make puree. Immediately, until the potatoes are warm, pour in the milk (continue to mash the potatoes with a potato masher), beat the egg. The eggs I got home, the peasant, with bright yolk. And the potatoes were bright yellow. Beauty! If you have the opportunity, then whisk the potatoes with a blender until smooth and creamy. The farmer now gone, the wealthy, and blender it is not a surprise ;) But if no blender, no biggie, potato flour is also good :)
Left to slice the tomatoes and bell pepper, and all the ingredients for our dish will be ready.
Now we start to put them in pots with layers. 1st layer: carrot-onion fried.
2nd layer: fried mushrooms.
3rd layer: vegetable cutting. Stacked tightly, pressing down. Salt.
4th layer: ground beef. Also sealing, alignment.
5th layer - mashed potatoes. Lay out a slide, completely covering the neck of the pot.
Put the pots in a cold oven (lid is not useful to us). Expose 200°C, heating only the bottom heating element (we do not need premature Browning of potatoes).
40 minutes to lubricate the surface of the potato hat with the beaten egg.
Again put in the oven. The temperature was set at 250°C, turn on both heating elements.
Bake until Golden brown (10-15 minutes).
