Trout steak salt, sprinkle with lime juice
Lime cut into slices
Spread on the fish
Pour in the whipped cream, about 1/2 of it and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes
Prepare the garnish.Cut the potatoes into slices, fry on high heat 5-7 minutes, add salt and cover with a lid, after 10 minutes, the potatoes will be ready.
Serve fish sprinkled with dill. Bon appetit!
