Flounder, baked with mushrooms
Offer you a totally simple recipe, the fish turns out very tasty. I cooked fillet of flounder, you can take any fish fillet. The combination of fish with mushrooms it may seem surprising, but it's worth a try, I assure that everyone will be pleased.

Ingredients

  • Flounder

    4 pc

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Garlic

    2 clove

  • Onion

    1 pc

  • Parsley

    2 sprig

  • Broth

    400 ml

  • Flour

    2 tbsp

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Potatoes

    600 g

Prepare the necessary products. Pre-boil the vegetable broth.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Potatoes put on to cook. Flounder fillet wash, dry with napkin, salt and pepper. I had a frozen fillet of flounder, which is called "sole" (lenguado), it is elongated.

Onions and garlic peel and finely chop. Mushrooms also finely chop, if necessary. I used purchased frozen mushrooms, there were mushrooms - I don't know, but all survived :)

In a pan add 4 tbsp oil, saute the onions 5 min.

Add the mushrooms and garlic, sauté for 2 minutes.

Add the flour, mix well.

Pour the hot broth and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Put sauce in a refractory form. Arrange fillets on top. Bake for 10 minutes (the oven must be very hot).

Serve the fish with boiled potatoes and mushroom sauce, sprinkled with herbs.
