Fried rice and mushrooms
A real pleasure provides roast pork with specialty rice company Mistral "amber" and mushrooms. Together gives a very harmonious blend with a rich taste. Very appetizing dish for a family celebration.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    700 g

  • Onion

    1 pc

  • Carrots

    1 pc

  • Pumpkin

    150 g

  • Mushrooms

    2 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Allspice

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Tomato paste

    2 tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    7 tbsp

  • Water

    1 tbsp

Cooking

Ingredients for cooking roast pork.

Chop the carrots into strips.

Pumpkin cut into cubes.

Chop onion half-rings.

Dice the meat.

In a pan, add 5 tbsp of vegetable oil. The pan to reheat. Spread the meat and fry on high heat for 10-15 minutes.
