Rolls of pork under cheese crust
The recipe, though not new, and similar on the website rolls, but still come visit and try my version! Juicy and flavorful rolls that are perfect for lunch or a hearty dinner.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Carrots

    2 pc

  • Pickled cucumber

    2 pc

  • Onion

    1 pc

  • Sour cream

    70 g

  • Mayonnaise

    3 tbsp

  • Ketchup

    3 tbsp

  • Dutch cheese

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic powder

  • Spices

Cooking

Prepared meat cut into portions. Good beats the meat on both sides. Salt, pepper and allowed to rest.

In the meantime, fry the onion until soft and add the grated carrots. Fry for another couple of minutes, sprinkle with salt and allow to cool.

Into chopped meat spread fried vegetables and pickles, add spices to taste and garlic powder (if not, you can RUB sent through a garlic press). Collapsible tight roll and fasten with toothpicks.

Fry in vegetable oil on high heat until Golden brown.

While preparing meat, cook the sauce for pouring. For this mix in the bowl sour cream, mayonnaise and ketchup. I added salt, pepper and spices (I Khmeli-suneli), stir.

Spread in a baking dish and fried spring rolls, removing the toothpick (I have a photo of a toothpick is in place...)

Pour the prepared filling and sprinkle with grated cheese. Sent in a heated to 200 degrees oven for 30-40 minutes (better focus on your oven).

Take out from the oven and serve.

Served with fresh vegetables.
