Pork chop under a fur coat
... or Potatoes in French. My favorite recipe, homemade excited. Simple and fast.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    4 pc

  • Onion

    1 pc

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Mayonnaise

    200 g

  • Garlic

    3 clove

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Dutch cheese

    200 g

Cooking

Potatoes, onions cleaned, cut onion into half rings. Grease with vegetable oil a roasting pan or baking sheet, spread the onions in a roasting pan (you can pre-fry the onions in vegetable oil, but I didn't do it). Pork (I had salmon) cut into pieces 1-1,5 cm, repel, salt and pepper to taste, spread on the onion.

Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, add crushed garlic, salt, pepper to taste, stir well. Half of the sauce spread on the meat.

Peeled potatoes cut into slices and lay meat on top of potatoes lubricates the remaining sauce. P. S. if you want, on the oiled potatoes you can put slices of tomato. I didn't have this recipe without the tomatoes!))

Put the roasting pan in the preheated oven for 40 minutes then sprinkle with grated cheese and another 15-20 mins Bon appetit!
