Solyanka sauerkraut
There are two varieties of soups: the first is a type of soup, and the second is a stew with cabbage. Here's my version, just a second. Braised pork with sauerkraut and potatoes.

Ingredients

  • Pork ribs

    1 kg

  • Cabbage

    700 g

  • Potatoes

    8 pc

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Pork ribs cut into portions.

Potato peel and cut into large chunks.

Ribs salt and pepper to taste, and fry in small amount of oil until Golden brown.

Fried until half-cooked ribs, put in a baking dish or on a baking sheet, spread on top of sauerkraut (I did not pre-washed).

Close foil and put in oven preheated to 200C for 1 hour.

Potatoes sprinkle with salt immediately and fry in the same pan where you previously cooked the ribs. First fry without a lid until Golden brown and then cover with a lid and simmer for another 10 minutes (the potatoes should be boiled in advance, and so it is cooked).

When pork is tender, and the cabbage was potosinas, you take it out of the oven. Add fried potatoes and mix everything carefully.
