Pork loin in mustard cream
Excellent meat of this part is usually divided into ribs and cutlet. Overall, this part is excellent for roasting.

Take two slices (for 100g.) pork, slightly repel. In a shallow bowl, mix in 1.5 tbsp balsamic vinegar Carbonell, 1.5 tbsp balsamic vinegar Balsamico Bianco, 5 gr. olive oil and salt to taste (see photo). In the resulting marinade marinate pork for 10 minutes in the refrigerator (after 5 min. turn the pieces of pork to the other side). Marinated pork lightly coat in corn flour (mixed with ground black pepper) and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side in a hot pan. Bring to readiness in the oven. In oil, where roasted pork, fry the finely chopped onion until tender. In a saucepan with olive oil (5g.) add orange juice, pre-mixed with cornmeal (7гр.). Stirring, add 1 tsp mustard, a pinch of Vegeta and cook until thick cream. Remove from heat, add 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar Balsamico of Wapco, beat with a blender, mix with fried onions. Ready pork pour the mustard cream and garnish with sprig of parsley. On the side I have a vegetable salad ;)
