    1 tbsp

  • Seasoning

    2 tsp

    0.333 tsp

  • Khmeli-suneli

    0.333 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Potatoes thoroughly cleaned with a brush. Cut lengthwise slice large tubers into 6 parts, small – 4 pieces. Fry in a hot pan with vegetable oil until Golden brown on 3 sides.

Lay out the slices on a plate and immediately sprinkle generously with fine salt and seasoning for potatoes.

Meat in the same pan in which you roasted the potatoes. Pepper, salt, and add hops suneli to taste. Fry until cooked. You can gently put out under the lid to make it softer.
