Description

Cooking
Meat cut cubes, let marinate in lemon juice, soy sauce and oregano. Leave for 20-30 minutes.
Meanwhile cut the vegetables. Peppers and oyster mushrooms I had frozen, if you have fresh will be even tastier. Onions cut is not very finely, like mushrooms, peppers and dice. Olives leave whole.
Heat oil and fry the meat until Golden brown. Add the onion, let it sit a bit together with the oil, when it becomes transparent, add the mushrooms and pepper and continue to fry together, stirring occasionally.
When the vegetables and the mushrooms are semi-ready, pour the broth, add olives, add salt to taste. Then cover with a lid and simmer on low heat until the broth evaporates and the meat are soft and tender.
