Description
Souvlaki — small skewers on wooden skewers. Usually for making souvlaki uses pork (usually in Greece), sometimes lamb and chicken or fish (in other countries or for tourists). On the website there are recipes souvlaki chicken, but no pork. It is time to correct this omission! :)

Cooking
Pig to wash, dry and cut into small cubes.
Prepare the marinade. Mix wine, lemon juice, oil, soy sauce, salt, spices, garlic, crushed through a press. Whisk with a fork so that the marinade is well blended.
Meat folded in the package, pour the marinade, tie tightly and place in a plate or bowl and put into the refrigerator. Marinate meat at least 4 hours. I marinate in the morning, fried in the evening.
Prepare the sauce "Tzatziki" ( tzatziki, tzatziki-it's the name of one sauce). To do this, take off cucumber skin and grate on a fine grater and drain out the liquid. In the yogurt add pressed cucumber, chopped dill, crushed through a press garlic, cumin, white pepper and lemon juice.
Stir, cover and remove while in the fridge.
Soak skewers in water at least an hour. After strung on skewers cubes of meat.
Fry on the grill, bake in the oven or as I fried on the grill pan. If baked in the oven, lay the souvlaki on the grill, under the grate to put a baking sheet and roast in the oven on the "Grill" at t 250C. As browned on top, flip the skewers and bake until it will turn brown. The grill pan I grilled for 5 minutes on each side, and then just in case, warmed in the microwave.
To serve put souvlaki on pita bread, watering tzatziki sauce and with fresh vegetables or grilled vegetables.
