Sauces for meat, perhaps, one of the main components of meat dishes. The sauces make the meat not only tasty, but beautiful. The most popular and versatile is a red sauce with tomato.

Cooking
Pour rinsed quinoa in a pot with water in the ratio 1:2. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Tightly cover the pan with a lid and simmer 15-20 minutes until quinoa has absorbed all the water.
Spread the stuffing in a bowl, add quinoa,
grated on a coarse grater onion, garlic (1 clove) finely chopped green onions
and breadcrumbs (3 tbsp). Salt, pepper and stir. Here you can add seasoning for minced meat. Shape the cutlets.
Mix one egg with 2 tablespoons milk, salt. Dip the cutlet in the liaison, dip them in breadcrumbs
and spread in a well-heated and greased pan. Fry on both sides until Golden brown.
Prepare the sauce. On a heated pan put the oil and flour and, stirring, fry it lightly.
Gradually pour into the pan broth, stir well to avoid lumps. Then add tomato paste (2 tbsp) sour cream (2 tbsp) squeezed garlic (1 clove), ground pepper and salt to taste. Periodically interfere 3-5 minutes until thick. Cook on low heat. You can add spices, a little sugar.
Serve the cutlets to table hot with sauce and vegetable salad. Bon appetit!
