Pork rolls stuffed with
Rumor has it that the most delicious and useful combination is a mixture of products of the three colors of the traffic light. So this dish appeared. And you know, it turned out really tasty.

Ingredients

  • Escalope

    6 pc

  • Red sweet pepper

    1 pc

  • Cheese

  • Parsley

  • Black pepper

  • Seasoning

  • Vegetable oil

  • Mayonnaise

Let's start with cooking the filling. For this we need the products of three colors of a traffic light: red sweet pepper, cheese, parsley. Cut diced peppers and the cheese, finely chop the parsley.

Mix the ingredients and see what is missing. =)

Cut pork escalope along, but not until the end. Our objective is to increase the area of meat and make it thinner.

Every piece of meat thump of hands with two sides, pepper, sprinkle with seasoning. I was seasoning "KOTANYI Italian herbs", which gave the dish a delicious taste. Not salted, because the salt in the seasoning enough.

Spread the filling on the meat (leaving the edges empty so the cheese doesn't run out), twist the roll and secured with toothpicks.

Put rolls in a baking dish (or baking pan) greased with vegetable oil. Top each roll mayonnaise (rich in calories, but delicious=))
