  • Green onions

    150 g

  • Butter

    100 g

Scrape the new potatoes, boil until soft. In a pan melt the butter and fry it until soft finely chopped green onions. In another pan fry in oil the boiled potatoes until Golden brown. Mix everything and enjoy.
