New potatoes roasted with turmeric
Every owner wants to have in their piggy Bank as much as possible tasty, but easy and budget recipes. One, from my notes, I want to offer to You. Everything quickly (to peel potatoes is NOT NECESSARY!), simple, tasty and flavorful! In the season of young potatoes cook it so constantly. I invite You to try it!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Milk

    1 glass

  • Turmeric

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    10 clove

  • Dill

    1 bunch

  • Parsley

    1 bunch

  • Salt

Our products. Potatoes (young!) to wash, scrub with a stiff brush (do not brush!), cut lengthwise into slices. Head of garlic cleaned and left whole cloves. Greens wash, dry and finely chop. Today was not fresh dill - had to replace to dry. But I would recommend this dish still fresh herbs - the flavor is indescribable!

Set the oven to warm up (ideally 200 degrees). Slices of potatoes put in a baking dish (shape no grease) and season with salt and sprinkle the garlic cloves and chopped fresh herbs. I have a regular form 25х18 cm, the amount of ingredients is under it.

A glass of milk (can be incomplete) to warm up in the microwave until warm, stir in it half a teaspoon of turmeric and pour over the potatoes, trying to shed evenly the whole. Send the potatoes in the oven. One normal plate at 200-220 degrees for 30-35 minutes, who, like me, old and infirm - at 170-180 degrees, minutes 40-50 (better to look). In the process of cooking twice it is desirable to mix to dried up the top, and all the potatoes have bathed in milk.

Here are the sexy pieces of work. This time the potatoes we had the Machines (Mary Stone) salad with ham "Autumn" - ham and a cornichon in it came in very handy, there was no need of meat! I would be glad if someone come in handy recipe, and enjoy your tea!
