Stew with cous-cous and pork
Quick, hearty and healthy dish. At any time you can feed a man and his family for the least time.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    1 pc

  • Tomato

    2 pc

  • Olive oil

    3 tbsp

  • Cilantro

    1 pc

  • Dried apricots

    10 pc

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 pc

  • Couscous

    300 g

  • Garlic

    2 clove

Products needed for cooking.

Warm up the cauldron with olive oil. Meat cut as for a stew and fry until brown.

Onion coarsely chopped, carrots grate on a coarse grater, add the meat and fry for 10 minutes.

Tomatoes pour boiling water for a few minutes. Then remove the skin and chop cubes. Add the tomatoes to the meat and fry for another 5 minutes.

Dried apricots wash, cut in half. Add to the meat.

Wash cilantro, chop coarsely, add to the meat. Season with salt and pepper mix well.

Add water, cover and simmer over low heat 40 minutes. If boil - slightly open the lid.
